Do you set your goals each year, full of excitement for what you can achieve if you set your mind to
it? And then leave them in a folder forgotten and unfulfilled?
Don’t be afraid to admit it because you’re not alone.
Research suggests that 92 per cent of goal-setters fail to achieve them. And setting goals is just the
first step. Following through and achieving them is often the hard part. Because despite our best intentions, it’s not always easy to stay motivated and continue heading in the right direction our goals have set for us.
But what if you had a handy little helper sitting right there on your desk?
I’d be more than happy to do that (just for you). But it may not leave much room for anything
else! So, I’ve created this instead …
Your goals
Your monthly goal progress (to keep you on track)
What gives you meaning
What might be draining you
How to reframe your thoughts into a growth mindset
How to build self-esteem
How to catch the signs of burnout and use tips and tools to stop it in its tracks
